Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the management board, acting independently, is authorized to submit non-property declarations of will on behalf of the association, whereas the signatures of the President or the Vice-President of the management board and the treasurer or the secretary are required to submit property declarations of will and grant powers of attorney on behalf of the association. Each member of the management board is individually authorized to represent the association externally, including in administrative or court proceedings and in contacts with public administration authorities.
