Manner of representation

1. The joint action of two members of the management board is required to make declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, as well as to sign agreements and incur obligations on its behalf. 2. For other letters and documents to be valid, the signature of the President or another authorised member of the management board is required. 3. The association’s management board may grant the person holding the managerial position of head of the office a general power of attorney, including authorisation to perform acts of ordinary management on behalf of the association.
