Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board of the Branch and the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Branch are authorized to submit declarations on behalf of the association, each of them independently, subject to the proviso that in the case of liabilities exceeding, in a single instance, the amount of 3 minimum wages but not exceeding 5 minimum wages, the President of the Management Board of the Branch or the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Branch is authorized to represent the association, each acting jointly with a second member of the Management Board of the Branch, and in the case of liabilities exceeding, in a single instance, the amount of 5 minimum wages, the additional consent of the Management Board of the Branch in the form of a resolution is required.
