Manner of representation
To represent the company and make declarations of will concerning property and non-property matters on behalf of the company: 1. when there is a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised; 2. when there is a multi-member management board, up to the amount of PLN 500,000 (five hundred thousand zlotys), each member of the management board is authorised to act independently, and above that amount, joint action of at least two members of the management board is required.
