Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Foundation's Management Board is authorised to individually submit declarations, including in property matters, on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a multi-member management board: a) declarations of a non-property nature, as well as declarations made when incurring obligations and disposing of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys), may be submitted by each member of the management board independently; b) when incurring obligations and disposing of a right with a value exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys), declarations are submitted by the President of the Management Board together with a member of the management board.
