Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President is authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, acting independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters exceeding the amount of PLN 5,000.00 net (five thousand zlotys). In property matters with a value up to PLN 5,000.00 net (five thousand zlotys), in the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board acting independently is authorized.
