Manner of representation

1. For making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters with a value up to PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys), each member of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, is authorised to act independently. 2. For making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys), two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised. 3. Incurring an obligation or disposing of the foundation's property with a value exceeding PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys), acquiring or disposing of real property, joining a company, disposing of shares or stocks, and liquidation of a branch of the foundation require the prior consent of both female founders.
