In the case of a one-person management board, the member of the management board represents the foundation independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the following is authorised to represent the foundation: a) each member of the management board independently in the case of transactions involving assets with a value of up to PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand 00/100 zlotys); b) two members of the management board acting jointly in the case of transactions involving assets with a value exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand 00/100 zlotys). In the case of non-property matters, each member of the management board represents the foundation independently.
