Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, declarations on behalf of the chamber are made by the sole member of the management board. In the case of a multi-member management board, for making declarations on behalf of the chamber, including incurring property-related obligations: up to the amount of PLN 20,000.00, the President acting independently or two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised; above the amount of PLN 20,000.00, joint action by two members of the management board acting jointly is required. Declarations made to the chamber and service of documents on the chamber may be effected vis-à-vis one member of the management board.
