Manner of representation

§ 29 Powers of representation and decision-making 1. The association is represented externally by the management board of the association “Zakopiańska Straż Praworządności i Rozwoju Społecznego”, acting through the President. 2. The President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property-related matters. 3. The President of the association is the highest representative of the organisation in external and internal matters, having the right to act independently within the scope of ongoing management, representation, signing documents and appearing before courts, offices, administrative authorities and national and international institutions... 6. The association is represented externally by the President of the Management Board independently. The other members of the management board may make declarations of will in property-related and non-property-related matters exclusively on the basis of a written authorisation from the President or a resolution of the management board specifying the scope of authorisation. Membership of the management board alone does not authorise independent representation of the association.
