Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters except property matters may be made independently by each member of the management board. In property matters up to the amount of 100,000 PLN (in words: one hundred thousand złoty), the signature of the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board is required, or, if no Vice-President has been appointed, the signature of a person authorised by the management board; above the amount of 100,000 PLN (in words: one hundred thousand złoty), the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board, are required, or only the President of the Management Board in the case of a one-person management board.
