Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will concerning the disposal of the foundation’s financial funds shall be made by two persons from among the members of the management board of the foundation. In the case of a one-person management board, the declaration of will shall be made by the President of the Management Board. 2. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to conclude all agreements on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a one-person management board, the declaration of will shall be made by the President of the Management Board. 3. The validity of other letters and documents requires the signature of one member of the management board.
