Manner of representation

1. Two members of the management board acting jointly, including: a) the President and any other member of the management board, or b) the treasurer and any other member of the management board, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in matters concerning property. 2. The association may be represented in court proceedings by: a) any member of the management board; b) an advocate, legal adviser or employee of the association authorised by the President or by two other members of the management board. 3. In matters related to the protection of consumer rights, a representative of the association may be authorised by the President or by two other members of the management board to act as an attorney-in-fact.
