Manner of representation

1. For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will in all property-related matters, joint action and the signature of: a) one member of the management board in the case of incurring an obligation of up to PLN 20,000; b) two members of the management board in the case of incurring an obligation exceeding PLN 20,000, are required. 2. For making declarations of will in matters other than property-related matters, the signature of one member of the management board is required. 3. In the case of a one-person management board, all declarations of will are made by the President independently.
