Manner of representation
1. Joint action by two members of the management board, acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board, is required to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to the provisions of paragraph 2 below. 2. The President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board may make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently in matters: a) related to employing the foundation’s personnel and employee matters; b) disposing of a right or incurring an obligation to render a performance with a value not exceeding PLN 20,000 (twenty thousand zlotys); in the case of periodic or recurring performances, the total of the performances for a period of one year shall be taken into account.
