Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property-related matters and when entering into an employment relationship or other legal forms, shall be made by: a) the President of the Management Board acting independently, without limitation as to the amount; b) two members of the management board acting jointly in property-related matters with a value of up to PLN 10,000. In property-related matters exceeding PLN 10,000, action by: a) the President of the Management Board independently is required; an employment contract or another form of employment may be concluded: a) by the President of the Management Board acting independently; b) by two members of the management board acting jointly, if the value of the obligations arising from the contract does not exceed PLN 10,000.
