Manner of representation

1. To represent the foundation externally, including in property-related matters, in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised, subject to § 32. 2. To represent the foundation externally in the case of a multi-member management board, two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board, are authorised, subject to § 32. 3. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in property-related matters, including financial obligations up to PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty), may be made independently by the President of the Management Board. Important action in property-related matters above this amount requires the consent of the Council expressed in the form of a resolution.
