Manner of representation
1. The foundation is represented externally jointly by two persons among those serving as President of the Management Board or Vice-Presidents of the Management Board. If the management board consists of two members, the foundation is represented jointly by both members of the management board. If the management board consists of more than two members, acts of representation may be performed exclusively by two persons serving as President of the Management Board or Vice-Presidents of the Management Board, acting jointly, regardless of the number of remaining members of the management board. 2. The management board may grant a power of attorney to perform legal acts on behalf of the foundation, in particular a general, type-specific or special power of attorney. The power of attorney must be granted in writing.
