Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the foundation independently. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board of the foundation, the other members of the management board, apart from the President of the Management Board, receive the title of Vice-President of the Management Board, and the foundation is then represented by the President of the Management Board independently or by two members of the management board acting jointly. 3. In property matters exceeding PLN 50,000, the signature of the President and one member of the management board is required.
