Manner of representation

The persons authorised to submit declarations of will and incur liabilities on behalf of the association, both of a financial and non-financial nature, are: 1. in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board acting independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board: a) in financial matters up to and including the amount of PLN 100,000.00 and in non-financial matters – the President of the Management Board acting independently, or two Vice-Presidents acting jointly; b) in financial matters above the amount of PLN 100,000.00 – at least two members of the management board acting jointly.
