Fundacja Siła Światła runs the 30-day online course “Nowe Życie Bez Nerwicy Lękowej”, available through Telegram with instructional and motivational videos and self-study materials. The course supports a better understanding of anxiety, emotions, bodily reactions and avoidance behaviours; an option with individual support from the author is also available, and the programme is educational rather than a substitute for specialist consultation.
