Manner of representation
Each member of the management board is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. For submitting declarations of will and undertaking actions concerning the incurring of obligations or disposal of the foundation’s assets exceeding PLN 10,000, the President acting jointly with another member of the management board, or the Vice-President acting jointly with another member of the management board, is authorised.
