Manner of representation

1. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property matters up to the equivalent of PLN 50,000, the President or the treasurer acting independently, or two other members of the management board acting jointly, is authorised. 2. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association in property matters exceeding the equivalent of PLN 50,000, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised, one of whom must be the President or the treasurer.
