Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board or the Vice-President acting independently is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in matters concerning property. 2. For incurring liabilities or disposing of a right or property of the association with a value of up to PLN 10,000, action by one member of the management board is sufficient. 3. For incurring liabilities or disposing of a right or property of the association with a value exceeding PLN 10,000, the joint action of two members of the management board acting jointly is required. 4. The management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact, specifying the scope of their authorisation.
