Manner of representation

If a one-person management board is appointed, the President of the Management Board acts independently in all matters of the foundation. If a two-member management board is appointed, each member of the management board may represent the foundation independently in all non-property matters and in property matters in which the value does not exceed PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys). When performing acts in property matters in which the value exceeds PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys), the foundation is represented by two members of the management board acting jointly.
