Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to paragraph 2, shall be made by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring pecuniary liabilities exceeding PLN 500 (five hundred zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President of the foundation. 3. In the event of the death of one of the members of the management board, all decisions concerning the foundation shall be made by the remaining members by voting–the majority of votes shall prevail–or independently by the person remaining on the management board. 4. In the event of the resignation of one of the members of the management board, all decisions concerning the foundation shall be made by the remaining members by voting–the majority of votes shall prevail–or independently by the person remaining on the management board.
