Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the association are made, in the case of a one-person management board, by the President of the Management Board, and, in the case of a multi-member management board, by two members of the Management Board acting jointly, one of whom must always be the President. In the event of a temporary impediment affecting the President, his powers of representation are assumed by a Vice-President appointed by the Management Board.
