Manner of representation

1. The association is represented externally by the President or by a member of the management board designated by the President in writing, and that person is authorised to make decisions concerning the ordinary management of the association's current affairs, matters arising from the Labour Code and the Act on Associations and Volunteering, incurring and settling liabilities up to the amount of ten thousand złoty (PLN 10,000), which amount the management board may increase, and matters not reserved for the management board and the general meeting. 2. For incurring financial liabilities and concluding agreements connected with the statutory activities of the association, settling monetary liabilities, and acquiring and disposing of fixed assets, the President or another member of the management board may, for a specified period, be authorised by the management board independently and without limitations, or two members of the management board acting jointly may be authorised by a power of attorney of the management board granted for an indefinite or specified period.
