Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President of the Management Board independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board is authorized to represent the foundation independently in transactions and obligations whose value does not exceed PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys). In the case of a multi-member management board, incurring obligations or disposing of a right with a value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys) requires the joint action of two members of the management board or one member of the management board acting jointly with the President of the Management Board.
