Manner of representation

Method of representation of the foundation: 1) In the case of a one-person management board, the sole member of the management board (President of the Management Board) is authorized to make declarations of will and represent the foundation externally independently. 2) 1) In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board is authorized to make declarations of will and represent the foundation externally independently – in property matters not exceeding PLN 20,000 (twenty thousand złoty). In property matters exceeding PLN 20,000, joint action by two members of the management board is required.
