Manner of representation

To make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a multi-member management board, the President is authorized to act independently, or the Vice-President or a member of the management board, provided that they have written authorization from the President, as well as an attorney-in-fact of the management board, if the scope of their power of attorney includes making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a one-person management board, the President is authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently (sole representation), or an attorney-in-fact appointed by the President, if the scope of their power of attorney includes making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation.
