Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the management board is authorised to act independently; in the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, the following are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation: the President or Vice-President independently, or two Vice-Presidents acting jointly, two members acting jointly, or one Vice-President and one member of the management board acting jointly.
