Manner of representation

Authorized to represent the foundation is the President of the Foundation's Management Board or a member of the Management Board. The following persons are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in property matters: 1. each member of the Management Board independently, up to the amount of PLN 5,000.00; 2. at least two members of the Management Board acting jointly, above the amount of PLN 5,000.00. In matters concerning the employment of employees and determination of their remuneration, the President of the Foundation's Management Board shall make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently.
