Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President is authorised independently to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, also in property matters. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President or the Vice-President acting independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly, one of whom is the President or the Vice-President, are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, also in property matters.
