Manner of representation

1. Each male or female member of the management board is authorised independently to submit declarations of will in non-property matters on behalf of the foundation and to receive declarations addressed to the foundation. 2. In property matters, if the value of the obligation arising from one agreement or one legal act is less than or equal to PLN 150,000, each male or female member of the management board is authorised to represent the foundation independently; 2) if the value of the obligation exceeds PLN 150,000 – in the case of a multi-member management board, the joint action of two members of the management board is required.
