Manner of representation

1. In the case of a multi-member management board: 1) declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters, except property matters, may be made by each member of the management board independently; 2) declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in property matters with a value of up to PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys) may be made by each member of the management board independently; 3) declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in property matters with a value exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys) require the signatures of two persons forming part of the management board acting jointly. 2. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters, including property matters regardless of their value, are made by the President of the Management Board independently.
