Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters except property matters may be made by each member of the management board independently. 2. Declarations of will in property matters with a value exceeding PLN 10,000 require the joint action of two members of the management board who are neither married to each other nor related in the direct line. 3. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in current and non-property matters may be made by each member of the management board independently.
