Manner of representation

The following are authorised to make declarations of will concerning the Foundation's pecuniary and non-pecuniary rights and obligations, including signing agreements on behalf of the Foundation: in the case of a one-person management board, the President; in the case of a multi-member management board: the President independently in matters falling within employment law and also in other matters that do not cause the Foundation to incur pecuniary obligations exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys 00/100); two members of the management board acting jointly in matters causing the Foundation to incur pecuniary obligations exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys 00/100).
