Manner of representation

In the case of a multi-member management board, the following persons are authorised to submit declarations, perform legal acts and sign documents on behalf of the foundation and to represent it externally: a) in non-property matters and matters concerning the foundation's property rights and obligations with a value not exceeding 25,000 złoty (in words: twenty-five thousand złoty), each member of the management board independently; b) in matters concerning the foundation's property rights and obligations with a value exceeding 25,000 złoty (in words: twenty-five thousand złoty), the submission of declarations of will and signing on behalf of the foundation shall require: • the President of the Management Board acting independently, or • joint action by at least two of the other members of the management board acting jointly.
