Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including to represent it externally, independently. 2. For incurring financial obligations and making declarations in financial matters: a) up to the amount of PLN 30,000 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys) – each member of the management board acting independently is authorised; b) above the amount of PLN 30,000 – joint action of two members of the management board is required. 3. If a legal act may result in the creation of continuing or repetitive obligations, the value of the obligation shall be deemed to be the total value of the performances arising from the relevant agreement. 4. In the case of acts exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular concerning: a) incurring long-term obligations, b) disposing of significant components of the association’s assets, c) concluding agreements of significant value or risk, – the management board may require the prior consent of the general meeting.
