Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board independently is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, up to and including a value of PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zlotys). 2. In property matters exceeding PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zlotys), the following is authorised: a) in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board independently; b) in the case of a multi-member management board – two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, acting jointly. 3. In agreements and disputes between the foundation and a member of the management board, the foundation is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the founder, and where a Foundation Council has been appointed, by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the Council.
