Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Foundation is authorised to make and receive declarations on behalf of the foundation without any restrictions. 2. In the case of a management board composed of at least two persons, each person forming part of the management board is authorised to make and receive declarations on behalf of the foundation, provided that, in matters related to incurring pecuniary liabilities exceeding PLN 500.00 (five hundred zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President of the Management Board acting independently without any restrictions, or by two persons forming part of the management board acting jointly, regardless of the function held.
