Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board represents the foundation independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the foundation independently in all matters of the foundation’s current operations. The joint action of two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, is required to submit declarations of will concerning the creation of property obligations, disposal of the foundation’s assets and conclusion of agreements producing financial effects for the foundation.
