Manner of representation

1. The President independently or another member of the management board independently is authorised to represent the association externally in all civil-law activities. 2. The President independently or the management board of the association by unanimously adopting a resolution is authorised to grant a power of attorney to represent the association externally and to perform factual acts; however, this does not apply to the right to grant a power of attorney for the purpose of incurring liabilities or acknowledging receipt of any funds on behalf of the association. 3. In property matters: - up to the amount of PLN 5,000.00 gross, incurring financial liabilities requires an individual decision of the President or at least two members of the management board, including the President; - above the amount of PLN 5,000.00 gross, incurring financial liabilities requires the consent of at least three members of the association’s management board, including the President.
