Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board acting independently is authorised to represent the Association, whereas two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President or Vice-President, are authorised to incur financial obligations, including entering into agreements and granting attorneys-in-fact authority. 2. Each member of the management board acting independently is authorised to make declarations of will and represent the Association in non-financial matters. 3. Making declarations of will in financial matters, in particular incurring financial obligations, entering into agreements and granting attorneys-in-fact authority, requires the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President.
