Manner of representation

The following are authorized to represent the foundation, conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and make declarations of will in all property and non-property matters: a) each member of the management board independently–in matters whose value does not exceed PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand Polish zlotys); b) two members of the management board acting jointly–in matters exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand Polish zlotys), or in matters that may result in a significant burden on the foundation's assets, in particular: incurring loans and borrowings, concluding leasing agreements, disposing of or encumbering fixed assets, and employing key employees of significant importance to the foundation's operations.
