Manner of representation

For the validity of letters and documents not producing financial effects, the signature of the President of the Management Board or, alternatively, of a person authorised by him, is required. For the validity of declarations of will in the scope of the organisation's property rights and obligations, the joint written action of the President of the Management Board and another member of the management board is required. The management board may authorise the President by resolution to incur financial liabilities, specifying their limit.
