Manner of representation

1. To make a declaration of will on behalf of the association, represent it and incur liabilities in matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, the participation of two members of the management board is required. 2. In matters of ordinary management, the President may act independently. 3. Matters of ordinary management are deemed to include each incurring of financial liabilities not exceeding 50,000 złoty (fifty thousand złoty). 4. Two signatures of members of the management board are required to incur liabilities exceeding 50,000 złoty (fifty thousand złoty).
