Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters, including property matters: A. in the case of a management board consisting of two female members (members) – each female member (member) of the management board acting independently is authorised, i.e. the female President (President) of the Management Board and the female Vice-President (Vice-President) of the Management Board, each acting independently; B. in the case of a management board consisting of three female members (members): a) the female President (President) of the Management Board acting independently is authorised; or b) two female Vice-Presidents (Vice-Presidents) acting jointly are authorised; C. in the case of a management board consisting of four to five female members (members): a) the female President (President) of the Management Board acting independently is authorised; or b) two female Vice-Presidents (Vice-Presidents) acting jointly are authorised; or c) two female members (members) of the management board acting jointly with the female Vice-President (Vice-President of the Management Board) are authorised.
