Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board, the treasurer and the secretary, acting independently, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, subject to paragraphs 2 and 3. 2. The secretary is authorised to sign project and grant documentation, but is not authorised to independently incur property obligations exceeding the rules set out in paragraphs 3–4. 3. The President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board and the treasurer may independently represent the association in property matters up to PLN 50,000. 4. Incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 50,000 requires the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President.
